DESSERT! at Chenango River Theatre Gallery in Greene, NY

Chenango River Theatre Gallery in Greene, New York, 991 State Highway 12, is proud to present an inspiring exhibition entitled DESSERT!, by Broome Community College Professor, Hall Groat II. The seductive oil paintings involve an array of popular culture food intended to invoke hunger. Groat states “ It’s odd that we live within a society where 62% of adults and 34% of children continue to be overweight or obese despite the health threat, while thousands of children are dying every day from starvation throughout the world. This exhibition will run September 25, 2009 through October 12, 2009.
